Michele Friday M.D., F.S.C.A.I. CARDIOLOGY
Michele Friday, M.D. is board certified in by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Cardiovascular Disease and Internventional Cardiology. She attended St. George's University of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She completed a residencey at St. Michael's Medical Center/Setan Hall University, Newark, NJ and competed fellowships at St. Michael's Medical Center, Newark, NJ and Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY.
Yogendra Prasad M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.P. CARDIOLOGY
Yogendra Prasad, M.D. is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease. He attended Darbhanga Medical College, India, Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra, India, All India Institue of Medial Science, New Delhi. He completed an internship and residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, Bronx, NY and a fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY.
Emily Sarver, P.A. and Shirley Stanley, F.N.P., assist Dr. Friday and Dr. Prasad.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans including Medicare. Co-payments are required at the time of your visit. If you are a self paying patient, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency, the OLBH Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day. If your situation is not emergent, but is urgent and cannot wait for an appointment, OLBH also provides urgent care conveniently located at:

Prescriptions Refills
Patients are responsible for monitoring prescription refills. Please make the physician and nurse aware of the need for refills at the time of your visit. If you are not scheduled for an appointment but need a prescription refill, please call the office during business hours and leave a message for your nurse. We request 48 hours to process refill requests.
Please remember that in certain situations appropriate medical care requires the benefit of a patient examination before a prescription can be filled.
