Donna Bolden, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She earned her degree from Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, W.Va., where she also completed her internship and residency.
Cheryl Cook M.D., F.A.A.P. PEDIATRICS
Cheryl Cook, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and earned her degree from Marshall University School of Medicine, Huntington, W.Va. She completed her internship and residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.
Pearl Hennan-Hain D.O., F.A.A.P. PEDIATRICS
Pearl Hennan-Hain, D.O., is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She earned her degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kirksville, Mo. She completed her internship at Metropolitan General Hospital, Pinellas Park, Fla. and residency at all Children’s Hospital, St. Petersburg Fla.

Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most insurance plans. Co-payments are required at the time of your visit. If you are a self paying patient, payment is expected in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency, the OLBH Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day. If your situation is not emergent, but is urgent and cannot wait for an appointment, OLBH also provides urgent care conveniently located at:
