Patients requiring pre-admission testing should report to the Registration area prior to their surgery date. All Same Day Surgery Center pre-admission testing patients need to report to the center for testing. Please bring insurance cards each time you are to be admitted, have tests performed or visit the Emergency Room.

Patient placement is handled through the nursing supervisor after the physician's office calls. The admitting clerk is notified via nursing supervision and the patient is placed in the appropriate room.
