Referral
The first of its kind in the local area, Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital's CareLine
provides one easy-to-remember number to answer your questions quickly. The CareLine
allows callers to speak with a specialist who provides detailed information about
members of the hospital's medical staff, health screenings, class registration
and OLBH programs and services, simply by dialing (606) 833-CARE (2273).
Gift
Shop
The Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital Auxiliary operates the gift shop located
in main lobby. The gift shop offers a variety
of gifts as well as snacks, cards, flowers, magazines and personal products.
Items can be requested by calling the gift shop at (606) 833-3110, or simply
dial 3110 on your patient room telephone.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Guest
Food Options
Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital's cafeteria features pasta, potato and salad
bars, and serves a selection of both hot and cold entrees at affordable prices.
Guests can enjoy restaurant style dining or have meals boxed for take-out. The
cafeteria is located on the hospital's ground level.
"Dial-A-Meal" will provide you with the cafeteria's daily menu. Dial-A-Meal can
be reached by dialing 3107 on the patient room telephone.

Meal Trays
Guest trays are available to family members unable to leave a patient's bedside.
The cost is $5. To order a guest food tray, please speak with the patient's nurse.
Information
Desk
The information desk is staffed by hospital volunteers, Monday through Friday,
from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Sunday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. Volunteers are
available to answer questions, accept deliveries and assist visitors in contacting
or locating various hospital departments and patient rooms. The information desk
may be reached by dialing (606) 833-3990.
Vending
Areas
Vending machines with a selection of snacks and sodas are located in the hospital's
basement near the cafeteria entrance. Soda machines also are located in the Vitality
Center, the "P3" level of the Same Day Surgery Center ant in the Medical Plaza
Pharmacy. Snacks and soft drinks may also be purchased in the hospital's gift
shop, located in the main lobby.
Waiting
Areas
Waiting areas are located throughout the hospital for convenience of visitors.
Each waiting room is equipped with seating, a television and reading materials.
