Nichols Selected as First Quarter Good Help Winner
Keith Nichols is OLBH's first quarter Good Help Award recipient for 2012.
Nichols works in the hospital’s Construction Department as the hospital’s coordinator for Project Management and Construction. Nichols has been an employee of OLBH since 1993. He resides with his family in Greenup.
Initiated by Bon Secours Health System, Inc., the Good Help Award is presented quarterly to an employee who shows respect and caring toward patients, co-workers and visitors. The employee should be a person of honesty and integrity and one who demonstrates justice, stewardship and innovation.
As the first quarter Good Help award winner, Nichols is in contention for the overall Dedicated Service Award winner chosen annually from OLBH’s four quarterly Good Help Award recipients. The recipient of the Dedicated Service Award receives a cash prize and a paid trip for two to Baltimore, Md., to attend an awards banquet to honor the overall Bon Secours Health System Good Help Award winner.
