Firm Fitness Introduces Three New Classes

Firm Fitness at Bellefonte Pavilion, OLBH's community fitness facility, has added new classes to its schedule of community offerings. The three new classes are Hip Hop Abs, Mid-Day Mash Up and Ballroom Dancing.

Hip Hop Abs utilizes high energy dance hip hop music to deliver a core workout to melt fat. The Mid-Day Mash Up is designed for the working individual who is looking to workout during lunch. By utilizing the noon hour, the class is a medley of workouts and exercises that will leave participants refreshed, rejuvenated and prepared to conquer the rest of the day. The new Ballroom Dancing class will allow enrollees to learn popular dances from the cha cha to the waltz. Hip Hop Abs and The Mid-Day Mash Up are free to Firm Fitness Members and the Ballroom Dancing class is available to members for $10 per person or $15 per couple.

Firm Fitness boasts a large variety of cardiovascular and weight lifting equipment, two racquetball courts, a half basketball court and male and female sauna and steam rooms. Firm Fitness also offers personal training services with both male and female trainers available.

Firm Fitness is located on the ground floor of Bellefonte Pavilion (2000 Ashland Drive) and is open Monday through Thursdays from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Fridays from 5:30 a.m. until 7 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
