Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital affords the residents of northeastern Kentucky
the luxury of comprehensive healthcare conveniently located near their homes.
From newborn to geriatric care, a multitude of family service options are available
at the four Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital Outreach Centers located in Cannonsburg,
Flatwoods, Grayson and South Shore, Kentucky.
Because the centers each are a component of the hospital, patients are
afforded a community link to medical specialists. The Outreach Centers
feature on-site laboratory and x-ray equipment.
A team of dedicated and caring physicians, physician assistants, nursing
professionals and technicians provide healthcare services to patients
of all ages including offering pediatric and gynecologic services. Patients
are treated for ongoing medical problems as well as for minor injuries
or illnesses.
The centers' staffs believe preventive healthcare often leads to the
detection of disease at its earliest stages. On-site screenings for the
early detection of diseases such as osteoporosis, diabetes, breast cancer,
prostate cancer or skin cancers often are available at various times
throughout the year. Also encouraged are routine exams and personal health-maintenance
programs for school children, as well as young and aging adults.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are suggested. Hours vary with
