Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital is proud to offer palliative care services to its patients. Palliative comes from the word "palliate" which means "to ease or comfort." Palliative care seeks to relieve suffering, ensure comfort and improve quality of life. OLBH's palliative care team works to ensure patients' values and decisions are respected with their comfort a priority.
